If you have a prayer request, you may submit your name and prayer request via this site (be only as specific as you want). Your particular need may be spiritual, health related, financial or for a family member or friend. We have a Prayer Chain, comprised of a group of Prayer Warriors, who pray individually as they are called, then call the next Prayer Warrior on the list and so on until the chain is complete. In a short time frame, you or your loved one has had a number of prayers said on your behalf. We would also appreciate your letting us know when our prayers have been answered. Praise prayers are an important part of our daily prayers.

This website sends all submitted prayer requests directly to the prayer chain coordinator.

Click on “Read Full Article” for the request submission form.

For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. Psalms 9:11

Join the Mission Team as we distribute care bags to the homeless in downtown Houston. We will be collecting items through Sunday, January 12, 2020 – Wednesday, February 5, 2020 we will pack the care bags.

For this trip we are asking specifically for:

blankets, and McDonald’s gift cards. Cards should be no more that $10.00.

We are not allowed (by the city) to give food, and there is a McDonald’s in the area.

And as before we are also asking for the following to be included in the bags:

Gloves, hats, socks, toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant, soap, hand wipes, comb/small brush, female hygiene products, water bottles, Kleenex, nail clippers, Bandaids, chapstick, mints/cough drops/gum.

A note of encouragement or uplifting Bible verse to include in the bags will also be appreciated.

Please avoid items such as mouthwash or hand sanitizer that contain alcohol.

There will be bin in the sanctuary for collecting these items. If you have any questions, please see Christie A. (Mission Team Leader)

Tonight, there will be no regularly scheduled Bible Study at the Fellowship, instead we’ll have a short devotional, as we will be packing the Project Hope care bags to be delivered this Saturday, November 16. Those planning to help with delivering the bags should meet at the church at 9:30 am this Saturday morning when we’ll travel to downtown Houston to distribute them to the homeless.
